Behind the scenes.

Falling Mountains was created by Katie Moore and produced by her company Yak Media. ”Living in Chamonix for more than 20 years, it’s impossible to ignore the impact the changing climate is having on the mountains. The film came from wanting to show what’s really happening, right now! And to show some of the things people are doing to adapt to the changing environment, and to take action themselves. Working a lot with outdoor brands and athletes, too many projects promoting a sustainable message get made in a very unsustainable way with athletes and film crews travelling half way around the world. It’s time to take responsibility. We are all part of the problem, and we can all do something to reduce our impact.“
